Based on the outcomes of research projects, conferences and seminars, this series draws on the extensive work being undertaken by the University of Warwick in all fields of the humanities: literary, historical, linguistic, visual and philosophical.
The role of the series is to showcase the best current work of both new and established scholars while at the same time illustrating innovative, even experimental approaches to interdisciplinarity. Titles will be vibrant examples of the creativity, relevance, and intellectual excellence in the modern humanities.

Editorial board
Jacqueline Labbe is Professor of English and Comparative Literary Studies and Director of Humanities Research Center at the University of Warwick. Her research interests include the poetry and prose of the Romantic period and nineteenth-century children's literature, as well as issues of gender, subjectivity, genre and form. Recent publications include Charlotte Smith in British Romanticism (ed.) (Pickering & Chatto, 2008), The History of British Women's Writing, 1750–1830 (Palgrave Macmillan, 2010), Romantic Localities: Europe Writes Place (co-ed.) (Pickering & Chatto, 2010) and Writing Romanticism: Charlotte Smith and William Wordsworth, 1784–1807 (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011).
