Warfare, Society and Culture
Series Editors: Paul E J Hammer, Louis Sicking, Frank Tallett and David J B Trim
This series focuses on works which integrate analysis of military operations and combat into wider social and cultural analysis, and which examine warfare as more than a European phenomenon. It covers the period from the early modern era and its 'military revolution' to the first half of the twentieth century.
